Can you help me with this? A non-NY winery (from British Columbia) has sent out a flyer announcing as follows: "Morning Bay Vineyard's 2005 Reserve Merlot was awarded a bronze medal this spring against top wineries from all over the United States, Canada and Europe at the 2008 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition." I'd understood its awards were only for NY wineries. Can you post an explanation for that? Thanks
